Great, quiet, welcoming hotel in Moabit--can easily reach Mitte, Prinzlauerberg, etc. by public transport. Spotless, simply but comfortably furnished, with excellent bathroom accoutrements. Staff is very personable in multiple languages and provided excellent service. Breakfast is simple but plentiful and delicious, well laid out, with new Jura coffee machine (excellent!) and brilliant homemade granola. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a weekend to see the Christmas markets. We were friends on a budget so stayed here as reasonably priced and as we are out all day it was somewhere to lay our heads at night. After reading the reviews we thought we would stay here as reasonably priced; out of the centre in the Moabit district so cheaper but with good transport links. When we arrived late at night, we were advised by the hotel staff to use public transport as much cheaper than taxi. So we got the express train from the airport to central train station ; we were then told to catch the 245 bus which stops on the next street to the hotel. We got a 24 hour ticket for zones ABC which gets you from the airport at €11.25 and we used this the following day to get to the centre to see the sights. Well worth it. The hotel is a quaint little hotel down a side street so was quiet. The beds were comfy, with clean white bedding; great shower with very good water pressure; shower gel provided & hairdryer in the room. Kettle and tea coffee etc in the room & complimentary water. All in all a great hotel and the hotel staff were very helpful. We didn't opt for breakfast as liked a lie in but it looked good at a glance. The buses which run from either side of the street is the 245 & 106 which take you to further links to get to the centre . Then you can connect to the 100 or 200 bus which takes you to further stops to see the sights such as the Victory Column and Brandenburg Gate etc.

This is our first time visiting Berlin and and had such a very good experience with this hotel. We stayed here for 10 days while we travel around Berlin and Europe on most of the days. The building looks ok but the interior is very classy. The heater keeps you warm the whole night while it's freezing cold outside. To be honest, we never used the heater on the first night because we don't know how to operate it hahaha. The hotel is very close to convenience stores, restaurants, bus station and of course to our office in Berlin. If you're coming to Berlin, I highly recommend this hotel. Their rate is good and their breakfast is excellent. Quick tip: Don't be shy to ask the breakfast lady for some eggs and bacons. She doesn't speak English but she was really hospitable.

Can recommend nearby cafe strada for a treat! would definitely return here. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

My boyfriend and I checked into the hotel for one night while we were in Berlin. It was a little out of the city centre, which we knew it would be, but there's some great transport links and the underground and bus stops to the centre near by. But being just a little out of the city made it a fairly quiet area but still had a few shops and restaurants within a ten minute walk. The room itself was lovely and clean. I really enjoyed that there was a shower-tub in the ensuite and had a lovely bath in the room. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept incredibly well.. The person at the front check in desk was kind and helpful, though we didn't use any of the services which they offered there. The only thing which I can criticise was that we booked a double room but ended up with a twin room they tried to pass off as a double. Two single beds with single duvets, pushed together to look like a double.
