“Amazing hotel far exceeded expectation.”
Really great hotel. Prior to staying at the hotel, we did not know what to expect due to mixed reviews with some being very negative. Really great hotel. Prior to staying at the hotel, we did not know what to expect due to mixed reviews with some being very negative. However, this hotel far exceeded our expectations and left us confused with the negative reviews. Every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful and communicated well even though there was a language barrier. We requested for a kettle and a fridge this was brought to our room for us and carefully setup and given an extension cable so we didn’t miss out on our light plug. The bed was comfortable, the room was big and spacious there was a shower and sink in the room, and each floor had a shared toilet what was always very clean and had a lock which you were given a key for at checkin. It was 11min walk from the train station which was easy to get in to the city centre. Lidl was also very close. It was quiet during the night. The area was lovely with lots of great restaurants and amazing kebab shops. Overall we enjoyed this hotel very much, and would definitely stay again.

“Tidy, bright rooms in safe, lovely neighborhood.”
The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nothing too fancy but well appointed and ALWAYS neat and tidy. The breakfast room was bright and pretty. I would not say the hotel was convenient to the Brandenburg airport but we were able to get to and from via Bolt for around $54. Our room was spa… more

“Comfortable stay”
The hotel was clean and comfortable with good breakfast. Good location in close proximity to public transport and restaurants. Only downside is that the decor and carpets are a bit dated and in need of an upgrade. Overall a good stay though.
