This accommodation is excellent. Lovely large apartments with full kitchen including fridge, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Separate lounge and bedroom, bathroom includes a washer/dryer. All appliances have clearly labelled instructions, washing detergent + all kitchen cleaning products are provided. It is a very easy walk from the main Berlin train station and there is a taxi rank outside the hotel entrance. Bed was very comfortable and staff helpful. I would stay again and will be recommending this place to any friends who are travelling to Berlin.

“Great, very comfortable stay”

I had a perfect stay at Adina. Kind personel, beautiful and very spacious room. I asked for a bath in my booking and got one, which made me very happy. All in all great!

We stayed at this hotel for eight days in a one bedroom apartment and unfortunately paid upfront so we couldn't just check out early. Cons: - They allow smoking on the balconies and near the front of the building, this means if your windows are left open your room will smell like cigarettes. O… more

We stayed at this hotel for eight days in a one bedroom apartment and unfortunately paid upfront so we couldn't just check out early. Cons: - They allow smoking on the balconies and near the front of the building, this means if your windows are left open your room will smell like cigarettes. Our space wasn't cleaned much but when it was the windows in the bedroom were left open so our space smelled like cigarettes. - avoid room 404, it smells like mold, cigarettes and dirty carpets, avoid room 413 the carpets are sticky and the bathtub doesn't drain properly. - Their policy is to only clean a room every third day, they do minimal cleaning and do not restock the very few items they leave for guests (a two serving bag of coffee, two milk creamers and four bags of tea). We asked the front desk for another bag of coffee and were told they didn't have any. - the restaurant at the hotel is closed Friday - Sunday. - There are no bathrobes or slippers in the room - The bed does not have flat sheets, we were given two small duvets to cover a queen bed. - We asked that the draining issue in the bathtub be fixed, this was never attended to. - We had two separate sets of employees walk into the room without knocking on two separate days. the cleaning person came in at 9am and wouldn't leave until I told them to. - The kitchen was not stocked appropriately. The non stick pan was damaged and dangerous to use, the knifes provided were enormous and generally useless. We stayed in two separate one bedroom apartments and they had different things in the kitchen including random dishes. - It is located near a major hospital, sirens are heard all night long. - There is no proper venting in the bathrooms so both apartments we stayed in had mold issues in the bathtub. Pros: - you can ask for clean towels at the front desk and you will be given some - you will need to ask for soap for the dishwasher and the laundry, if you ask the front desk they will give you some. - the location is great, a short 30 min walk to many Berlin tourist spots. - although the bedding isn't the greatest but the beds were comfortable.
