“Great hotel”
Very good hotel. Good value for money. Clean, very clean. Excellent customer services at reception and were able to provide me an electrical socket connector - had forgotten mine at home. “Great place to stay in Aachen”
This is a nice hotel with a very reasonable price. I had a comfortable bed and clean room. It's very conveniently located and easily reachable near the train station (but perhaps a bit of a jaunt to the Dom). The staff were helpful, friendly, charming and funny.

“All I could have asked for ”
Superb service,excellent breakfast. 70 metres from numerous bus stops. My room was spacious, as was bathroom. Green imperative throughout. Thoroughly recommend for helpful staff, the location,availability of twenty four reception
