“One-night stop over”
For a one night family stop-over for the Christmas Market the hotel was great. The room was a decent size for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The shower/wc facilities were clean and modern. “Liked the Hotel”

“Management”
First they gave me a bed number in 4 bed room unfortunately this bed which alloted me it was occupied by someone else and I got another bed which is on the top and it was not comfortable

“Smoky and noisy”
The room smelled so much like smoke, it didn't go away after three days with open windows. Impossible to sleep at night without earplugs due to noise from the train station and paper-thin windows.
