After a week at the Four Seasons, we decided at the last minute to extend our stay in Bora Bora and try out the Conrad. We opted for a beach view villa with a pool since it was one of the few rooms left. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and shown to our room which was lovely. The outdoor area was large and the pool was clean and inviting. As we were unpacking, I noticed that the large soaking tub looked like it needed cleaning so my husband contacted guest services. While we were at dinner, the tub was cleaned and an array of cute towel swans were arranged all around it. The next morning at breakfast, the head of housekeeping, Lydia, introduced herself and apologized for the issue with the room. We told her it wasn't that big of a deal and that what I thought was dirt in the tub was probably just scratches in the bottom (it was hard to see in the dim lighting). Nevertheless, she apologized and insisted that we be moved to an overwater villa with a pool as compensation....totally unexpected...we were taken aback! Well, that new room was even more amazing than the original room, complete with large soaking tub, private pool and view of Mt. Otemanu....just gorgeous. They also left a nice note and a bottle of wine for us; it was clear that they are all about making their customers feel special. Mauruuru Lydia and Elisa! Breakfast each morning was delicious and service outstanding. My favorite dinner was at the French restaurant. So delicious! Overall I thought the food here was equal to, or better than, the Four Seasons. Everything was wonderful! If you're looking for a beautiful place with great service that isn't going to completely break your budget, this is it!

“Bucket trip to Paradise”

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and it was wonderful. The staff were so nice and helpful for setting up dinner reservations to signing up for excursions. When I arrived, I was greeted by Lawrence and he gave me a tour, made sure I made it to my villa, answered all my texts and kept in touch the whole time. He was wonderful. I didn't worry about anything, all I did was just enjoy myself.

“Like being in a screen saver…”

My husband and I stayed at the Conrad Bora Bora, the first week of October, and from the moment we arrived we literally felt like we were dropped into a screensaver. Bora Bora is amazing and the Conrad just enhanced our stay. We arrived on a gorgeous sunny day and because I’m a diamond member for Hilton loyalty I had booked a standard room King Lagoon View suite. This room was spectacular but our amazing concierge, Daniel, got us an upgrade to the king Otemanu View, overwater pool Villa and that just put the trip over the top!! The hotel was super private, located on its own Motu, and had the most friendly and accommodating staff. Wherever you went, you heard the Tahitian greeting Ia Orana, usually said in the most beautiful way almost like they were singing. Restaurants had the most amazing views and the hotel was super clean and the service was top-notch. The hotel infinity pool, which we used a few times on the first day was fantastic, supplying aloe vera, sunscreen, and a nonstop supply of flavored water. The view from the pool was a sea of blues. We had an amazing spa day in which we received massages and then sat in a hot tub with champagne and fruit with the most amazing views, as seen in my pictures. I highly recommend the Conrad and if it wasn’t so far away, would commit to returning sooner than later. Thank you to the entire staff of the Conrad for an amazing vacation and a check off our bucket list.
