“Great staff but a little disappointed with the hotel”
Great location and amazing staff but not sure this is a Signature Collection. Room was small, parking was not ideal and public space was limited. We had an upgraded room but no bathrobes or slippers. We did have a coffee machine but the pods didn't mention if they were decaff so we didn't use it. S… more

“Wonderful comfortable room with good service & great location”

“Pleasant stay”
We’ve been to Auxerre before but we’re passing through this time. I would honestly say that for a couple of nights the hotel is absolutely fine. Staff were very helpful and nice. Rooms are not huge but we knew that . For convenience/location is was great. I would definitely stay there again
