“Good value, very nice staff”

We stayed for two nights as we had business in Poitiers. The hotel is on the ring road making it easy to find and easy to get to places once you are there. Rooms comfortable and clean as were all areas of the hotel. Breakfast good what you would expect and value for money evening meal €21 for three courses again good value for money. What really makes this hotel special is the staff everyone we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The outstanding member of staff was Carole, she seemed to be there all the time, reception, in the restaurant and I believe even cooking on our first evening, the food was exceptional that night. Carole and her staff are a credit to this hotel. Nothing too much trouble, sorted out our taxi one day and always smiling 🙂.thank you for a very pleasant stay.

“Fantastic staff”

The hotel is well appointed and well situated on the outskirts of Poitiers and very good value for money. My main reason for the review however, is the staff who are simply wonderful. The hotel is well appointed and well situated on the outskirts of Poitiers and very good value for money. My main reason for the review however, is the staff who are simply wonderful. I was rushed into hospital in Poitiers and spent a week there . The staff were so kind and caring towards my wife during my hospitalision, far beyond what you could ever expect. Claire went the extra mile to ensure my wife was cared for and comfortable during what was a very upsetting time. Thank you.

We were just looking for a one night stopover, when travelling from northern Spain to Le Havre and Hotel Inn Design was just the job. Conveniently situated, just off one of the main roads outside of Poitiers, the hotel had everything we needed. The reception staff were excellent and the room was clean and well-equipped. We ate in the on-site restaurant and whilst the menu was very limited, the meal surpassed expectations and was good value for money. The waiter was particularly helpful and very friendly. All in all, as a touring hotel, it was perfect, but if I was holidaying in Poitiers, I'm not sure it would be the best choice. The location itself is a bit 'industrial' and whilst it isn't that far from the centre, it's far enough to represent an issue, if staying for a few days or more. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again on our next road trip to Spain.

Clean, comfortable basic accommodation - ideal for a quick nights sleep on our drive down to Spain from the UK. Breakfast was great - loads of choice that kept the whole family happy. Staff super helpful and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. We would definitely stay again. We rang ahead as knew we were going to be arriving at midnight - worth noting reception closes at 9pm so they gave us instructions on how to self-serve on arrival.
