Having stayed in 2 different Kyriad hotels on this trip, we rather like the brand, although this one was not as good as La Rochelle. First class staff, comfy clean room, good breakfast offerring (for a budget hotel) The tea and coffee in room was a bit mean, and could easily be improved without impacting on cost (1 coffee sachet, 1 teabag, no milk, small paper cups)

“Good quality price ration”

The rooms were very clean, but the lobby smelt very badly. The propoerty is very well located to visti Futuroscope park and is very cose to the highway It is fully renovated, and the rooms are in very goos state, it is a pitty that the lobby stinks

Stopped off at the Kyriad Futuroscope due to its proximity to the A10 motorway heading south. Great, nice & handy, easy check in, staff were ok. The hotel was modern (soul less) The bed had a bunk above it which was a bit awkward & the room was really just a box with no Jules Verne theme which may be a complaint to families with children. As we had arrived late afternoon we went for a walk looking for an eatery. The area is full of similar such modern box hotels with no eateries of description to find, in fact a bit of a ghost area as we saw no one else on foot. We finally settled on eating at another close by hotel which did have an open restaurant. Unfortunately the food there was not good but that's another story. Regarding food, breakfast was chaotic due to a party of French school children. There was plenty to choose from but the food is more suited to children's tastes. After we left we did find various food outlets about a kilometre away but there was no signage informing us. So if you choose this area to stay in, get in your car & drive to the fast food outlets as hotel food is not of a good standard.
