“Lovely stay in a good location”

The concierge and reception were very good, welcoming, efficient and helpful. They called up the shuttle within a few minutes every time wherever we were, we found that really useful. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was excellent. The bathroom and separate loo worked fine. Everything was well designed and cleaning service was top notch (if a bit over zealous in changing towels etc). We only used the pool area once but it was lovely and the bar was a good spot for a snack and drink, with pleasant service. The breakfast buffet was good, varied and plentiful.

“Fantastic French private location”

Beautiful hotel great customer service, the pool is gorgeous. Fabulous 5 min location from the centre great shuttle service from the hotel to the square. If I had to fault anything the rooms could do with a slight update starting to look marked and dated.

The hotel grounds is beautiful and the staff was top notch. They were welcoming, friendly, efficient and responsive. The hotel needs an upgrade in the rooms and other interior areas such as hallways. The hotel grounds is beautiful and the staff was top notch. They were welcoming, friendly, efficient and responsive. The hotel needs an upgrade in the rooms and other interior areas such as hallways. The furniture in the room were mis matched. For example, the refrigerator was in a gray metal cabinet (like a filing cabinet). The hallways have cheap looking picture frames that are crooked. There are pictures of Steve McQueen all over the place, not sure why? The common areas like restaurant look nice. Our room and hotel common areas were clean. The bathroom toilet kept running until we figured out we had to flush twice. The bathroom sinks and showers drained very slowly. Only heating was available, so it was very warm in our room. They already changed from air conditioning to heat for the hotel. See attached photo of thermostat. We couldn’t open the windows because there were mosquitoes and no window screens. We called the front desk and luckily they had an electric fan that we could use. The location was not great. It’s a long walk to the village. The hotel does offer free shuttle to and from the village. The chauffeur is very nice and professional. Unfortunately, you have to call the desk to request to be picked up or maybe schedule a pick up time. We only had a data esim so we couldn’t call and the hotel does not use WhatsApp, so we just walked back. The swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms were very nice. The gym was sufficient. It was small but had enough room and a variety of equipment. Overall our stay was ok. Thanks to the wonderful staff.
