I booked this hotel primarily for the pool and was disappointed with the location of the pool in relation to the sun throughout the day. We stayed in mid September 2024. The pool received spots of sun throughout the day, enough space for approximately 2 to 4 sun loungers leaving most of the sun loungers in the shade throughout the day, and it was necessary to move frequently to remain in the sun. The pool was clean and felt much warmer than reported on the pool information board, which was nice. We stayed in our studio apartment/bedroom. This room felt very small in part to it being small, but more so, to it being poorly laid out leaving little or no usable space for two people with two suitcases. There was no full-length wardrobe space and one half wardrobe with four/five hangers. The studio appeared well stocked, but we did not cook in the apartment and it would find it hard to see the benefits off cooking in this space. The room did have a lovely good size balcony, which got direct sun between 2pm and 5 pm each afternoon. This may differ if on the other side of the building. Refreshments were available only from a vending machine in the reception area, which was stocked most of the time. Breakfast was available at this hotel but we did not avail of it. Wi-Fi access in the bedroom and the pool area was almost non-existent and slow and intermittent at best.

“Nice for a short stay in AIX”

The hotel is okay with a moderate price. Small room, extremely small bathroom and shower. The service was good. We couldn't buy any drinking water, only coke and limos in the automate.

We have now stayed several times here. It is very well positioned,the facilities are good and, in the summer, it is great to have the pool. I would recommend it. What I was not aware of is that it is one building, but the management of the rooms is run by three separate companies. Unless you are aware of this, it can be quite complicated. If you search for accommodation here, for example, booking.com shows two options. The availability of options for rooms varies. We booked one night.Then decided to extend. Unbeknown to us, via Booking.com, we had booked with two different companies so had to check out of room one, float around for several hours and then check into room 2. Would have expected some flexibility and offer to check in earlier into room no 2.
