We found the hotel extremely convenient for 2 different overnites we made. The hotel is inside terminal 2 - just follow google maps - you’ll go up 1 floor to find the hotel. The hotel is a welcome break after the chaos of this busy airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a king room with lounge access the 1st time but didnt actually use the lounge. Stayed in a deluxe king on our return (room 155) and appreciated the size of the room, the airport view of planes taking off, the quietness of the room (no plane noise), the lighting in the room, and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Only blip was the water temp in the shower - would fluctuate sometimes to very hot or cold. The hotel will need to update rooms at some point - but we were very satisfied with our stays.

Had an overnight layover at CDG airport, and stayed at the Sheraton. Finding the hotel was a challenge. The airport is huge. The hotel is very close to the train station, so follow the signs to the train station and watch for the hotel. Even though the airport has a terminal shuttle train, it's still a long walk to the hotel. We stayed in room 321. We were a bit worried about noise from the airport, but the soundproofing in the rooms is amazing. We didn't hear any aircraft noise. The room was very clean, modern, and had every amenity a traveller could want. There is a good restaurant on the lobby level. We had access to the club lounge, but it was rather disappointing - small, and with a very limited selection of snacks and beverages. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, but the place was very busy. Give yourself lots of time to get from the hotel back to your check-in, then through a lot of security, border control, and etc, etc.

The only reason anyone stays here is the airport. The Sheraton is, at least to the best of my knowledge, the only hotel inside the Paris airport. The problem is you cannot find the hotel. I recognize the hotel does not control the airport, but how are there no signs for the Sheraton? Literally, not a single directional side anywhere in the airport for the Sheraton. I arrived in 2E and it took me almost 30 minutes of walking to find the hotel. The one sign in the airport for "HOTELS" is actually a sign leading you to a train for OFF-AIRPORT hotels. Finally, I found a kiosk with a map of the airport that helped me find the Sheraton. This is absolutely unacceptable. Presumably, the owner of the Sheraton has paid a lot of money to the Paris airport in terms of a lease. How does whatever agreement that provides for the Sheraton not require the airport to erect signage? I have stayed at airport hotels on every continent in the world. I HAVE NEVER, EVER SEEN AN IN-TERMINAL AIRPORT HOTEL WITHOUT SIGNAGE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY. No pre-arrival email. No personalized welcome letter at check-in. Staff were polite and English ranges from fluent to semi-fluent. Bellmen were around the lobby and more than glad to help. I missed the Club Lounge offering so I can't comment on its quality. I did have breakfast in the restaurant. Room service is offered, including breakfast starting at 5 am. The restaurant breakfast starts at 6:30 am. The buffet is mediocre at best and more equivalent to the free breakfast offering at a Holiday Inn Express. I could not imagine paying for the breakfast based on what was offered. The buffet did not have any fresh berries. Not even strawberries. The three or four cheeses looked like they were the leftover cheeses from dinner the night before. There was no egg station for made-to-order eggs. Everything was self-serve. The two or three waiters just clean tables. No service. The coffee situation is bad. There are two machines for the whole restaurant. They need coffee carafes. I can't speak to the quality of the food served at lunch or dinner. The wine list was average but prices were expensive, even by airport standards. The average glass of wine was probably 5-7 euros more expensive than the same glass of wine at a cafe or restaurant in central Paris. I get airport hotels are always expensive, but this seems unnecessarily expensive. My room was clean and comfortable, which are the two most important things. The bed was either a king or a queen. The mattress was a Simmons mattress. I couldn't tell. But it was extremely comfortable. The linen felt new. Noise insulation was excellent. You can't hear any outside noise. However, the room is well past its expiration date. Wood furniture was damaged. Other furniture had stains. Walls were damaged and showed extensive repainting and repair marks. Carpet was worn. The sink basin and shower floor were cracked. Rooms appear to have been updated with electrical and USB outlets at the nightstand. There was also a newer TV. There was a partially stocked mini-bar in the room along with a coffee machine. The mini-bar didn't have any wine and didn't have any snacks. I didn't see a corkscrew or wine glasses. Fro those staying more than one day, daily housekeeping is offered. No turndown service is offered. On the whole, the location is unmatched. For under 300 euros, it is an acceptable value. However unless you need to be at CDG for an early morning flight (before 11 am) or you arrive at CDG late at night, there is no reason to stay here. Especially if rates are 400 or 500 euros.

After staying in “boutique” European hotels for 3 weeks, my wife and I were looking forward to an American branded hotel with the requisite amenities. We were disappointed. This Sheraton is the best located airport, maybe in the world! And that’s where the compliments end. The hotel decor is pleasant but quite dated. The room was clean but again, dated and a little small. The showers are a disaster waiting to happen. Quarter-round shaped, small, raised 8” and leaky doors. Extra care is needed to step out after contorting yourself to wash in such confined quarters. Just like showering in an old fashioned phone booth. My advice: lose the big bathtub and put in a real shower. Here’s the big fail: really wonky service. We had to return to the front desk twice because our key cards just stopped working. Despite being clean and ready, our room had almost no toilet paper and an empty Kleenex box. The soap dispenser had detached from the wall and was just lying in the bathtub. None of this really bothered us, but this is an expensive airport hotel and DETAILS MATTER. Oh, yeah, the restaurant staff was the only place in Paris that we felt snubbed.
