Located close to CDG, however it is not a walking distance. Take a cab. Number of hotels are located in immediate vicinity. Has parking space both in front as well as in the rear, in fact even coach / bus parking. Ample lounge / lobby space. Has an elevator and a decent restaurant. Service ....well not a strong point. It is very individual dependent. While I stayed for 3 nights, only one person at the reception was helpful...perhaps Malcolm. Rest were very non responsive and could not care less! Management needs to something quickly to get this in place. Restaurant and the breakfast were both good. The bakery is a strong point and the team at the Restaurant are thoughtful and responsive. Limited choice for vegetarians. Very good fruit platter.

As part of a group tour, we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in a room for 3 adults. The hotel is quite close to the airport, but it took us an hour to drive down from Gare du Nord, the main train station in Paris, since we had taken a train from Amsterdam. The hotel is quite good, however, the rooms allotted to us were a little cramped for 3 adults plus pieces of luggage. The lighting in the room felt inadequate and could be brightened up. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows soft, and just the right size for us. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The continental breakfast, which for an Indian vegetarian meant basically bread/jam/cheese or fruits, sadly, was not very appetizing. Could have a better spread. The staff were very efficient and helpful. Just outside the lobby of the hotel is a Dispenser machine, in which was placed some essential items like Bottled water, Toiletries like Toothbrush and paste, chargers as well as some souvenirs like miniature versions of the Eiffel Tower etc. for sale. We picked up a few and were quite happy with the quality and the price. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

“4 Star Hotel but a 2 Star Experience”

Where do I start. The hotel rooms, customer service, and shuttle were not great at all. I was staying for a women's conference so I did not book the hotel but did pay for it. Also during our presentations in the conference room, they had so much noise we couldn't even hear. One of their maintenance men was just hammering away. But here is my personal experience. The room was very outdated, there was black on my tub so I made some shower shoes, carpet had spots, horrible lighting, no mirrors in the room with the exception of in the hall with low light, and no easy access to plugs including the bathroom (not sure if that is a French thing). There are no phone numbers or even instructions to call front desk. In US we always to 0 but it didn't work but that's so odd. They don't offer any food service or delivery from the restaurants there yet know list of places to order even though they know there will many tourist since is a hotel located near the Paris airport. But with all of that, I was still just excited to be here on my first trip to Paris. However, I realized very quickly that I would never want to book here again. It really went south for me with the shuttle service. There is a shuttle that is not convenient. It picks up only once an hour event though its less that 10 minutes away. Not only do they just come once, they don't wait 5-10 minutes like the other shuttles. It really changed the mood of my amazing experience seeing Paris. Made it so stressful, especially trying to navigate the airport to get to the shuttle. Two nights in a row I was hustling desperately to get through the airport from the train to get to our shuttle only to miss by literally a few minutes. The first time that happened one of the other hotel shuttles was nice enough to take me and one of the other ladies from the conference back to the hotel. The second night I had did the trains by myself. I literally got back at 9:40am to head to the shuttle which was coming 9:45, however the airport is somewhat confusing and had come outside on the wrong end. I was so frustrated with tears in my eyes and my phone had died as well. I asked an officer and got directions and arrived outside 5 minutes after. Once again another hotel shuttle took me almost five minutes before the last shuttle was suppose to arrive. Its like what kind of shuttle doesn't wait when the entire point is to accommodate your guests. Also I had to spend almost $30 on a taxi to get back to the shuttle because they don't run during midday hours which is extremely strange and once again inconvenient. I'm not sure if they realize that's a bad look. Why would anyone want to choose them when they can choose one of the others in that same vicinity and at least get shuttle service. It was so frustrating seeing all of the other nearby hotels come 2 & 3 times and literally wait on the guests. Then, after a long night waiting on the shuttle after a long day, I lost $2.50 on their vending machine. The people at the front desk were nonchalant and passed me over to another guy, who I guess is a manager. He first indirectly implied I wasn't telling the truth when he looked and said hmm, that has never happened before (the way he said it had a I don't believe that versus a oh, lets fix this and make it right). He kept asking did it make a charge. My phone was still dead from earlier but I saw it process on the machine, and the lift went up to pick up the drink but nothing came down. He then walked me over there to rudely cut me off when I tried to explain so he could have the floor only to tell me it wasn't their machine but at 8am I could show my proof the charge went through and maybe it could get adjusted but he couldn't promise. I want even be there at that time tomorrow but that's horrible customer service. I'm not sure if it's cultural or if just this hotel. But $2.50 when you have gotten 10 times that from the GUEST. Even if he had to pull from his pocket like his reaction was so bad it messed up my evening after having to wait an hour for missing the shuttle by 2 minutes with no charge cell phone. The only thing I wanted was something to drink (coca cola) when I got back, and if the hotel has the machine in their hotel it is their responsibility to the guest or they shouldn't house it. If they take a loss they can file that with the owner of the machine whom I'm sure wouldn't want to lose business. But it was mores o how he reacted and treated me and made me feel. I had actually had an overall good impression of Paris but he ruined it. The only reason why I give it 3 stars is because some of the younger ladies seemed sweet and allowed me to do early-check in. And the food at the restaurant and service there was nice overall. I usually don't do reviews and especially this long but I most definitely will do this one. If they can't be loyal to their guests then they should expect not great reviews. I couldn't careless about eh $2.50 on a bigger scale but it's the principle. The way he made me feel, as a patron was not what I would recommend to anyone. If I wasn't leaving tomorrow I would probably change hotels. I hope this can help someone but I highly recommend to book one of the other nearby hotels.
