Hotel clean and comfortable, restaurant very good and well priced. However, it is always disappointing when services advertised on web are not forthcoming. Free parking on site was advertised, an essential when onward travelling the next morning with a full car. This is one of the main reasons for booking. Free parking was not the case and a charge of €10 was made. We are due to return in 3 weeks, hopefully someone will review this inaccuracy. “Great for a quick stopover from CDG - but good luck finding the shuttle bus.”

Used as a quick stopover after an evening arrival at CDG before going by train to DisneylandParis in the morning. Family rooms are a good size with multiple bathrooms. Used as a quick stopover after an evening arrival at CDG before going by train to DisneylandParis in the morning. Family rooms are a good size with multiple bathrooms. ( Room 007 ) Restaurant was closed by the time we got there but were able to order and eat in the bar. A useful little mini-mart is available in reception for snacks and forgotten toothpaste. The Free Shuttle from CDG is near non existent and incredibly difficult to find - after arriving we following signs all over Terminal 2 for hotel shuttles but did not locate the one for this hotel and could not get through to reception on the phone or email to find out where we should be. In the end we just got an Uber for less than €10 for 4 of us. Other guests we spoke to also said they didn't manage to find the shuttle for this hotel.

Ibis style Paris is 10 mins from the airport. The area is quiet and remote. There is a mall close by. I stayed there for 2 nights. I wanted to stay for 3 nights but each night the room rates were different and soared higher and higher. My room was a regular and small with a window overlooking the parking lot. The room had no kettle or any other amenities. The glasses were made of paper. The bathroom was average size with barely any amenities. There is no staff to help you for anything in this property. Everything is self service. Noone helps you shift your luggage and they are very non chalant. No hooks to dry wet clothes. The reception staff is there every time someone checks in and then disappears till you ring the bell. A small store at the reception is there for chips, chocolates etc. Service is average or I should say none, poorly managed. It was not worth the money i was charged separately for the 2 nights i stayed. I would not really recommend this property.
