Please note: THIS IS ONLY A REVIEW, not a complaint. This hotel was selected for me from two others from Priceline's express deals, that are more centrally located in Paris. I was not happy the system chose this one because #1 it is far from the center of the city, and #2 we were traveling out from ORY. Regardless of the choices, here is our honest review: We did not get any information from the hotel prior to landing in CDG about the hotel shuttle, we asked the airport employee to assist by using their personal phone to get shuttle information. The shuttle starts running maybe around 5:30AM and ends at 10AM leaving the hotel. I believe we were picked up late afternoon at CDG. It took about 40 mins or so to come. There aren't any stores, malls, in the area, so this is not a great choice to stay, especially with kids and as a first time to the country. The photos on priceline.com were nothing like what they put us in. The standard double hotel photo had photos with beautiful pictured frames, red carpeted floors, decorative pillows, and bath essentials, however our room reminded me of a nun's cell. No smart TV, room phone wasn't working, no carpeted floors or bath essentials, no microwave or mini fridge. Pros: The front desk loan me a charger for my phone, (without an adapter), the desk candy is delicious, one complimentary bottle of water, daily room clean, room slippers, tea and coffee with cups and kettle, water station, infused water with mint or fruit, colorful décor, nice meeting/conference rooms, accessible to Uber Eats if you opt out of hotel restaurant food, great heating system. Cons: NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION GIVEN for our stay--- Sad room, thin walls- house cleaning from the room above was incredibly loud, No spa or exercise room info, not enough information upon checking in, too far from city, shuttle bus stops running too early, even though the city of Paris is known to "start late," no shower door so floors easily gets wet. Normally airport hotels are lavish, but do not expect this at Golden Tulip CDG. We were not offered any guidance to navigate or a nice room. We will not stay here again. Recommendations: The hotel can provide guests with a map, food options, store options, bus info, adapter, more info about the hotel and its area. The restaurant appeared really nice but we did not partake because there wasn't enough information in the rooms about it or anything. We figured out transportation and stayed away from the hotel's expensive taxi options by downloading GOOGLE MAPS and UBER.

We were booked into here by Easyjet when they cancelled our flight. It's billed as an airport hotel but you can forget the ease of checking into the Sheraton in the terminal building it's actually 6 miles away. We rang reception to ask about their shuttle bus service which he said was between terminal 2B and 2D. That covered a huge area of confusing signs . For others please ignore the signs and ignore the basement monorail. Ignore the hotel website saying 5th floor, building works make this impossible. Instead ensure that when you call you say please book us seats on the bus or it won't turn up. Go outside the terminal building and walk towards terminal 2B until you see buses and a bus stop called Roissy Bus. The hotel shuttles stop there so please ignore the fake helpful illegal taxi touts. So after a stressful wasted 90 mins we arrived. The reception staff were lovely and spoke perfect English, the lobby bar looked nice, the room was dated but clean and had a nice new TV and little kettle with teas. Next morning the shuttle bus starts at 5.30 and costs 5 euros. We beg the hotel to make the bus instructions clearer on their website and we wish we'd flown BA so we might have got that lovely convenient Sheraton instead!
