Arriving late in the evening, we found it hard to enter the car park. The guy at the desk forgot us! I had to walk to the desk twice to get the security gate opened. Once inside, all was well. We were served drinks to take to our room even though the restaurant/bar had shut. Whilst there is no air conditioning and the area was having record summer high temperatures, we could get the room cool enough to sleep easily. Breakfast was good and it was lovely to sit quietly outside. It is a basic and decent hotel.

“Simple but decent”

I was there on April 20, stop over between Chartres and Chantilly. It is a basic hotel in the business area, a little tricky to get there as my GPS will show me to get there against the one way street, but the hotel is clean and offers a good value, typical for the Campanile chain. The staff was great, had a problem with the TV remote and the girl from the reception came personally to bring me a replacement. It has a closed parking on the property. The hotel is quiet, if you don't get a loud group of orientals that slam doors all night long in my case. Overall a good experience.

“Quiet but simple hotel outside the city center of Paris”

It is a quiet neighborhood though and at walking distance from the closest RER station (Cergy Préfecture, next to Centre Commercial Les 3 Fontaines) for a train into the city center (approx. 30 mins). The hotel has a big parking and a decent breakfast buffet in the reception building. Personnel was very friendly. Entrance to the different rooms is from outside the building, very similar to the American motel model (so no dirty hallways with noisy elevators). The rooms are not spectacular and rather small, with a tiny bathroom, and our room was not so clean at the time (there were a lot of little insects and flies inside our room). The bed was good though.

Struggles to get rooms near our place of work so ended up here, would I choose it agin, probably not but it was ok for a couple of nights. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were a bit like a caravan but were warm enough and quiet considering their location. We ate in the restaurant as nowhere else was near, it was ok...not hard to ruin an omelette I guess. Hard to find behind the main road on what looked like an industrial hotel. Wouldn’t return.
