This 4-star hotel has 184 rooms on 9 floors and a floor area of approximately 6,300 m²; InDéfense: this 10,000 sq.m. tertiary building will house the headquarters of VINCI Immobilier. Both projects, designed by the Danish agency 3XN, feature the same architecture, with alternating glass and reflective metal panels. By setting up in Nanterre, Okko Hotels hopes to benefit from the tertiary sector clientele of the future headquarters in the vicinity (in particular that of the VINCI group) as well as from the public of the nearby Paris La Défense Arena concert hall. A place to live that combines aesthetics and functionality, the hotel includes a vast Club area, a fitness area, a sauna, meeting rooms, and two terraces. The complex will be completed by a restaurant on the first floor, accessible to hotel guests and to the public in the area, particularly to clients from the surrounding offices.
