“Cheap hotel basic functoinal”

Have stayed here quite a few times. Always got the same room by chance right next to the lift on the top floor. Noisy if you want a sleep in the afternoon due to lift moving. Have stayed here quite a few times. Always got the same room by chance right next to the lift on the top floor. Noisy if you want a sleep in the afternoon due to lift moving. Parking nearby on street. Our car is always loaded with our stuff, been left on the street day and night locals say its OK we haven't had a problem. The bed is always clean, the rest we only use the place to sleep in.Its not super clean but its fine for normal people. The breakfast is fine. There are shops nearby and cheap places to eat. The best thing is the Metro and bus station just at the end of the street, about 5 minutes walk you can get anywhere from there.

This hotel has serious problems, arrived there and the receptionist barely spoke english, the elevator wasn't working(didn't work in any day i stayed there ) so he carried my big luggage up the stairs 4 floors.Room was ok,nothing wow, weird carpet full of stains, the window didn't close at all , i had to sleep in the midlle of december with the window opened , lucky me the heating was very good and it was very very hot in the room .Mouse traps under the bed, bathroom was ok, old bathtub , hot water was working. What was very disturbing was the persistent smell in all hotel , there was this intense weird smell which i stopped sensing after i got used to it (horrible).Breakfast was poor just a piece of bread , a croissant , capuccino or orange juice, butter and jam.Location was ok , close to metro station, took about 30 mins to get to the center of Paris. Not located in a dangerous area, i was alone (girl) walking on the streets when it was dark and i had no problems, Mostly black and Arab people there . I didn;t find it very disgusting to stay there because i spent few time in the hotel but definetly won't come back. if u are a fussy person don't go there, it was okay for me cause i just laugh of anything.Lucky for me i liked Paris too much and just ignored all the hotel problems.
