“Nice stay”
A functional and well-equipped hotel that provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The friendly, professional, generous and attentif staff create a welcoming atmosphere, and the excellent value for money is a real plus.i recommend.

“Honest front desk staff except 1”
Accidentally dropped my mobile phone at hotel lobby. Our French guide called hotel around 9am and thankfully it was found and kept safe. After arriving around 8pm from whole day tour. Accidentally dropped my mobile phone at hotel lobby. Our French guide called hotel around 9am and thankfully it was found and kept safe. After arriving around 8pm from whole day tour. I went and claimed but was told sorry its not there. Then pretended not to understand me. Luckily our tour group guide was talking to Vanessa,another front desk staff and she readily returned it. So I want to thank Vanessa and most importantly to the morning staff who kept it safe. No thanks to the black hotel staff with hair braid( I did not got her name) I don’t know her intention but please be trustworthy so your guests can stay at your hotel comfortably

“Standard Mercure, poor service”
Standard Mercure - you know what you are paying for. On the positive side - good breakfast, stable WiFi. The location is OK-ish - not much things around, you need a bus to get to La Defense, the bus stop is just across the road and it runs every 10-15 minutes. But the service is way under the exp… more
Standard Mercure - you know what you are paying for. On the positive side - good breakfast, stable WiFi. The location is OK-ish - not much things around, you need a bus to get to La Defense, the bus stop is just across the road and it runs every 10-15 minutes. But the service is way under the expectations. We had an issue with our reservations and I'm confident that in any other hotel it would be resolved in 2 min and with a smile. Here we had to spend lots of time and negative energy to get things finally sorted.

Nice hotel with bad service. I am really shocked about the arrogant service I did recieve at this hotel. If You need a quilt # 2 (in order get 2 seperate quilts) I was tolded to rent a additional room to get 2 quilts. Madness. Will not stay there again. PS. The staff at the top-bar at 12th floor… more
