This place was recommended to us by a friend who had stayed there for only a couple of days back in August 2024. It was a fabulous recommendation. It is a small place, which (in my humble opinion) makes it better. At our arrival Delphine was in charge of our check-in. She was fast and friendly and explained to us the difference between this place and a ‘regular’ hotel. Since it was a little before check-in time when we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise to learn that our room was ready. But honestly, we would have been happy to just leave our suitcases at the reception. Another great surprise was when we entered the room. Everything was very clean. The fact that the floor is not carpet, makes it much better. The shower is small, and the toilet is in a separate little room, which was great since we are a family of three. The room is stated to house up to four guests. It had 4 separate closets. This was another pleasant surprise. The kitchenet is equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, some pots, pans, bowls dishes, glasses, cutlery, a pod coffee maker, an electric teapot, etc. Breakfast was really good. Yes, it was the same every day, but honestly, even 5-star all-inclusive hotels have the same every day, the fact that people do not notice that is because those are huge resorts, and the breakfast buffet rooms are enormous. Milad was great. He was (most of the days we stayed) in charge of the food and the control of what rooms had had their breakfast. The pain au chocolate and mini waffles were our favorites. Delphine, Milad, Lisette, and the rest of the crew, were great also Another plus is that there are at least 3 places (supermarkets) where one can buy food. Two literally steps from the Appart’City Paris Clichy-Marie’s front door. The third about two blocks away. There is also a subway station very close. A 2-3 min walk.

“A confortable stay in reasonable price”
The room was spacey with 2 big beds (one was a sofa bed) and it was more than enough for a family of 4 with 2 children. Very clean and equipped with everything you will need. The room was spacey with 2 big beds (one was a sofa bed) and it was more than enough for a family of 4 with 2 children. Very clean and equipped with everything you will need. The personnel extremely polite and helpful and speaking English very good. The breakfast wasnt big but it had all the basics so I was ok with that. Situated near metro station and a big super market and in a very quite neighborhood that even has a playground and a small park. I will surely come back and I totally recommend it

We stayed in twin studio and superior double apartments.They were clean , spacious and beds/pillows super comfy. The staff were really polite and accommodating. We stayed in twin studio and superior double apartments.They were clean , spacious and beds/pillows super comfy. The staff were really polite and accommodating. Ahmed on reception and Fetta in the breakfast area were so kind and looked after us. Breakfast was nice with a range of hot food,pastries and a whole lot more. Its a 1 min walk to the metro. The neighbour hood was pleasant with lots of restaurants near by, and a large supermarket across the road. We felt safe walking around in the evening, we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this apartment hotel ,we had a great stay.

This apartment was situated two mins walk from the Metro and in a quaint area full of eateries and coffee shops. The staff were wonderful, big shout out to Delphine and Lisette, they were so pleasant and helpful. The apartment itself was practical and user friendly. Beds were comfy and place was clean. No noise coming up from the street so a great night's rest is possible. Could I just suggest a way to lock the WC door as we were constantly shouting "I'm in here!" 🤣. Also, maybe just a small leaflet telling people how to get to Disneyland Paris using the Metro and RER as it took a little while to figure out ourselves but they are very small suggestions...we will definitely stay here next time we're in Paris.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we had a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean although unfortunately not serviced on one of the days requested, the card was hung up on our door. We also had to ask for shower gel and toilet rolls to be replaced. Great location although near the metro. Asked reception about a few things and didn't really help! The luggage room was really useful. I also emailed the hotel prior to stay and eventually had to phone them as there was no response. Overall we did enjoy our stay, we would stay again due to location but do feel improvements could be made.
