My daughter and I stayed at the Plaza on our recent trip to Toulouse. Toulouse is a beautiful and walkable city. This hotel put us right where we needed to be to explore the city by foot. My daughter has physical challenges so walking can be difficult. But, from this hotel, we were able to walk to our cruise on the Garonne, the great cathedrals, city hall and our bus tour of the city. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and many restaurants are nearby. It offers a breakfast well worth the cost. Staff is absolutely superior. I asked for a larger room and we were pleased with the extra space. The hotel is quiet and safe. It is extremely reasonably priced. We will be back!

4 star hotel in the centre of the town overlooking the Capitole square so location is excellent. Close to restaurants and shops. 4 star hotel in the centre of the town overlooking the Capitole square so location is excellent. Close to restaurants and shops. We arrived by train and it's an easy 2 minute, 2 stop ride on the metro to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Wonderful staff at reception. We booked a premium room which was very spacious and well set out. Beds are comfortable, pillows are typical European type which I don't like. Too soft and flat. Room has everything you need and expect including a fridge. Bathroom was a good size. Shower was over the bath. Air conditioner works very well. Breakfast was excellent. Had an outdoor eating area which was great. Staff in the breakfast area were fabulous. Internet was good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

“Great location”
Hotel is very central in walking distance to most bars and restaurants, hotel is nice and kept clean. Rooms are great and very spacious. Nice bar area and plenty of choice Breakfast is ok but nothing special. Staff all very polite and helpful

Exceptionally located hotel right on the main square. If driving, after you take the turn at Galeries Lafayette, look out on your right for the start of the main square and the underground car park is off the pavement, with a blue P sign. it's hard to navigate it from a sat-nav. Exceptionally located hotel right on the main square. If driving, after you take the turn at Galeries Lafayette, look out on your right for the start of the main square and the underground car park is off the pavement, with a blue P sign. it's hard to navigate it from a sat-nav. We found it by parking the car elsewhere and walking the route. Rooms are average, standard, what you would expect. Some nice detail in the lobby area and the outside part. Breakfast choice was excellent and as it should be. You will find ample bars/restaurants on the door-step.

The room was small, it and the bathroom renovated, and the view wonderful. Yes, it was noisy and I went to sleep with earplugs, but the action was interesting and the mornings quiet and beautiful to watch from the room.
