I loved the rooms here - spacious, comfy and nice (adored the close up mirror in the bathroom too!) with the TV in front of the bed and perfect Ethernet port location! I loved how fast the internet was, although I could not get to connect my PS5 to the internet via wireless nor Ethernet which was the worst part (hence not 5/5). The last reason of why it’s 4/5 is there being no headboard on the bed!! I banged my head a lot against the wall and only gave 2 pillows - give more to compensate!

Attended a meeting there for a few days with a large group of international guests and was amazed by the hotel! Fabulous decor, room was spacious and clean! Breakfast was really nice and very healthy, was really pleased, we also had lunch with the group the there and the food was exquisite, varied and fabulous,. The location was perfect there is a metro and a bus outside the hotel which brings you straight to the airport and drops you from the airport there too! but the best was the staff, at the hotel from the receptionist to waiters and chamber maid everyone was helpful, welcoming, professional and a pleasure to deal with! Would seriously recommend!

Lovel6 Hotel, shuttle bus to/from Airport right outside the door. Got bigger room for a small amount extra, worth it. Breakfast fantastic, available until 9.30, great menu, help yourself. 15/20 minute walk to Centre Ville, however Metro stop right beside hotel. Close to canal and river walks (beside the Garonne). Restaurant for evening meals limited, but tha5 was because i5 was January.

“Pleasant wee break in Toulouse…”

Travelled with my wife and young daughter (15 months). We had a pleasant stay at the the mercury campans cafarelli in Toulouse. The room was a decent size. We ended up with a “family room” due to travelling with our daughter. For some reason they transformed our couch into double bunks which was excessive for our needs but it was fine. The toilet was separate from the main shower area, this seemed quite dated to me. But nice rainfall style shower and adequate size. Although the toilet was quite claustrophobic, almost like going to the toilet in a small cupboard… My main gripe re the hotel was the air conditioning in the room. Temperatures in the area were in the high 30s during our visit, and I didn’t feel that the room was adequately cooled. My wife pointed out that it would most likely be standard room temperature, however, it didn’t quite hit the mark with the outside heat, particularly when sleeping in the evening. I mentioned this to the reception a couple of times, and was advised it would be looked at but never heard back from the staff. My daughter was particularly warm and I asked if the hotel could provide a fan for the room, however, there was no option of this either. I am aware that hotels are under no obligation to provide a fan but we have managed to acquire these in other hotels under similar circumstances, it certainly would have helped! All in all, hotel was in a decent location, very close to Toulouse Town centre, approx 10 minute walk to hustle and bustle. Only 10 minutes away from the airport on the airport shuttle bus. If you would prefer to be even more central at a similar price point, I would recommend Mercure Toulouse wilson. My wife and I checked it out and we would definitely stay there over the campans cafarelli next time. Staff were pleasant, and mostly helpful on our encounters with them aside from the air con (although appreciate they are probably limited on what they can do re this). Overall a good and affordable stay.
