“Great stay, very helpful and kind staff.”
Highly recommend, great location and staff was so attentive. Kids loved it too. Rooms were super comfy, and very quiet.

“Location & Staff”
We enjoyed an excellent stay in Toulouse at the G Balcon. The staff is quite friendly & helped us navigate Le Machine art festival which closed most of city center. We will come again if time & weather permit. Toulouse is a fun city.

“Decent hotel great location”
We stayed in a privilege room for 4 nights, it is as good as the photos on the website. We were on the third floor overlooking Rue des Lois there was no street noise at all. “Right in heart of town - great walking nearby”
very central and well located. Nice rooms and especially very nice and competent staff. Nice to have coffee and tea and light snacks essentially always in the lobby. Some nice history to the hotel too. Despite lively neighborhood, rooms pretty well insulated from nearby noise.

“Average Hotel Stay”
I was a little disappointed on entering the hotel, a bit clinical. We were greeted with enthusiasm and given our room key (119) took the lift. When the lift open you walked into a dark alleyway, which reminded me of the days when i was a child and went into the "House of Horror" in the fair ground.… more
