“Friendly, comfortable, clean, great value”
Well, we arrived on the first day of a heatwave, in some trepidation knowing that we had booked a non-air conditioned room. In fact, it was fine. Well, we arrived on the first day of a heatwave, in some trepidation knowing that we had booked a non-air conditioned room. In fact, it was fine. A large and efficient fan was installed for us, and we were on the fifth floor, in a corner room with two windows with city views, one with a small balcony. The style is streamlined, not too many surfaces to dump your stuff on, but enough for a short stay, and the room was reasonably spacious. The fan did the job. We were very happy. And relieved. Speedy, friendly checkin and out. Close to the main train station and a red line metro stop, which whizzes you to the Capitole in a minute or two (when it’s too hot to walk). Highly recommended.

I was surprised at how nice and cozy this place was for the price and location. Newly updated with fun retro decor. “Close to station”

We booked this hotel at the last minute as we suddenly had to stay overnight in Toulouse. We needed to be near the station. This was a great find for one night. The room was smallish but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom beautifully clean, water hot, tea and coffee making equipment provided and an excellent breakfast. The staff were also friendly.

Good value! About 5 minutes from train station and Metro. Room is decent size and clean. Very helpful front desk. There are good restaurants about 10-15 minute walk away. Hotel breakfast is a little pricey, but there are several cheaper options a few minutes away. Perfect if travelling to Albi or C… more

“WIFI does not work, no air conditoning, clean rooms”

The Good: Clean rooms, nice bed, friendly and helpful receptionists, 20 min walk to town center Not so good. WIFI so weak that it does not reach rooms, and you can only get email if you sit in the hall ways. Breakfast good with scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, but no one takes care of replacing things when they run out. Tables full of dishes from other people. No A/C, so very hot and humid If they fix the WIFI, and get someone to look after the breakfast room then I could rate this a 4-5 when it was not hot out.
