“Totally recommended ”
This hotel is very well situated next to the city centre. It has everything you need for a short stay. Staff are really kind. “Good value for money”
Very comfortable bed, room a little tatty with broken bedside light etc, but there is a real problem as when using the shower it floods the floor because there is no seal on the bottom of the shower screen….. Very well located for a brisk walk to the Matabiau station

“Paper thin walls”
Difficult firstly to find parking. Very Warm welcome. Rooms small, and ours was dark grey, looked shabby. Bed comfortable, walls thin as we were kept awake by snoring next door. Central for a walk into Toulouse, beautiful place. Breakfast good value. Sitting outside too. Fair average stay.

“old and strange building”
The building is very old and they tried to adapt all the spaces for rooms. as a consequence my room was a kind of kitchen with aluminium doors and very noisy. The breakfast was not bad and the staff was nice and helpful.
