“Staff was the greatest asset in this small and clean hotel!”
The room and the bathroom was quite big and fit for purpose. But what topped it off for us was the welcoming and helpful staff, both during the day and at evening. 24 hr reception was essential for us. The room and the bathroom was quite big and fit for purpose. But what topped it off for us was the welcoming and helpful staff, both during the day and at evening. 24 hr reception was essential for us. Thank you very much to Serene (day staff) and Karim (evening staff), excellent customer service with a smile always! Location of the hotel was great too, we walked everywhere and it’s en route to the airport. Very close to the metro too.

Comfy beds and the shower and bathroom was great staff on checking in was lovely and when I noticed there was no hair dryer I was given one from behind reception - otherwise was quite a small room - would go back again as was in a good location with metro bus transfer from the airport and also near… more

“Great stay in Toulouse”
The hotel is located in a great place , there are 2 pubs in less than 2 minutes walk and great restaurants all around. The room was lovely and clean. The reception staff was nice and lovely always trying to help , the only bit that was not great was the wi-fi connection which sometimes was not work… more

“Location Location Location!”
Good value for money hotel that is a great base for exploring Toulouse. Capitole is ten minutes walk away, plus if you fancy a trip out on the train, you're around 15 mins walk from the main station. Pretty basic facilities but very clean and quiet. Great for the Metro and airport shuttle bus.

Perfect location for exploring Toulouse. Everywhere walkable. Hotel clean, pretty basic but just what we wanted. We had twin room - bit of a tight fit but it was just our base for the three nights. Perfect location for exploring Toulouse. Everywhere walkable. Hotel clean, pretty basic but just what we wanted. We had twin room - bit of a tight fit but it was just our base for the three nights. Towels changed daily ( just as well as there was no where to hang them to dry). Hairdryer when requested. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Didn’t have the breakfast - offered to have it out later in the morning.
