“Very Nice but noisy hotel when sleeping”
We stayed overnight to attend a concert at the Halles Aux Grains next door. Nicely appointed lobby and nice rooms. Very nice breakfast. Only complaint was that it was difficult to sleep because of the noisy road below

“Very nice hotel”
This hotel is very nice. The staff is welcoming. The level of luxury is not on top, but OK compared to the price. Location is very nice. Close to almost everything. We did not have the breakfast included. The room was clean and bright. We will definitively stay there again.

“Cool hip hotel in trendy area”
Young happening hotel close to Pompidou museum. Busy area full of energy. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Beautiful bar and a happening club on weekends. Very modern and classy. Priced right. Large comfortable rooms with big bathrooms. Nice all around

“Do not stay here”
They advertise parking at 12 on their website but charged 16 Euros . They charged 25 Euros for my pet ( a small dachshund ) which was 25% of the total price of the room ( I have stayed here before but never had to pay for my pet ) that is a extortionate price !! They advertise parking at 12 on their website but charged 16 Euros . They charged 25 Euros for my pet ( a small dachshund ) which was 25% of the total price of the room ( I have stayed here before but never had to pay for my pet ) that is a extortionate price !! Nowhere does it say that this is the charge , its really daylight robbery . Even the top 5 star establishments do not charge that price . I think there are new owners who are obviously not bothered about repeat custom . Its also a bit shabby whereas it was always a really stylish hotel before . And to add insult to injury I wrote to them complaint about the parking charge and the extortionate charge of having my pet with me and as I was booked to stay with them again September I thought they would make a commercial gesture BUT they didn't even have the good grace to respond or apologise !! Do not stay here , there are better and more honest establishments ,who want to want please their customers , in Toulouse !!
