what a very pleasant hotel right in the middle of toulouse. the hotel was immaculate and the staff excellent. we had breakfast on the day of departure, the quality of food and offerings were second to none with plenty of choice , breakfast although excellent we thought a little expensive at 24 euro… more

Excellent hotel with great employees. Amazing location clean room nice breakfast. So great experience. All the services in the hotel very well. At the centre location. Front desk always helpful and so nice hotel building. Thank you for everything.

A rare thing. An hotel with real character, charm and a sense of sheer fun. Rooms which are a real wow. A sense of occasion rather than yet another hotel that could be in Dubai or anywhere else starting with a D. The French know how to do style. As in the bar. Lovely service. Perfect position. Great Bistro at sensible prices. OK, the picky might pick at the odd chip but, to use the French, it is "sympa" so who cares? The photos should give the idea.

“Mostly positive experience...”

The location is central. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful, mostly. We stayed there twice two weeks apart. The only problem was that a jacket that I mistakenly left in the closet "disappeared". This was during our first stay and I contacted the staff within two hours of departure. It was never found which seemed very disappointing since I described exactly where I left it and was told by the reception desk that they would look for it in the room and have it for me upon my return. Obviously it was my mistake to leave it. But that it disappeared was suspicious to me.
