Lovley big rooms, clean with good air con. We used this hotel whilst travelling on motorbikes as it has secure parking. You will be charged for it, at 60 cents an hour even for hotel guests. Lovley big rooms, clean with good air con. We used this hotel whilst travelling on motorbikes as it has secure parking. You will be charged for it, at 60 cents an hour even for hotel guests. Worth it for peace of mind while staying in the city center. Nice hotel, breakfast was average if I'm honest, the hot food wasn't hot, but the choice of food was decent. The staff were helpful when needed but not exactly friendly

Chosen for its central location and secure parking. It was easy to get to and the undergoround parking was excellent. The hotel is linked to the Mecure and there is clearly some major refurbishment going on, but the Ibis part was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little less sharp that I have expected from Ibis, especially the carpet but it was clean and functional with a view of the river. We hoped to wander up to the cathedral to find a restaurant for diner but the weather was against us and we settled for the elegant St Marc Square, 5 mins walk from the hotel, which offered a choice of eateries and bars. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good buffet choice. It was our first visit as a stop off from the ferry port at Dieppe on our way south and we will definitely be back again.

“Unfriendly staff”

No welcome or goodbye at reception. No refreshments available unless you went next door to the Mercure hotel Room was clean and refreshed daily Would not return here or to any of the Ibis hotels if this is the quality. Would rate it at 2 stars only.

OK - standard Ibis. So, really good breakfast, with lots of fresh foods to choose from. Better than normal Ibis standard accessible room, with good, spacious rooms, good grab rails around toilet and shower, fold-down shower seat fixed to the wall, and full-length mirror in room at appropriate level for someone in a wheelchair. No mattress protector, though... Location-wise, not a problem if you have a car (and the hotel has their own parking), but not good if you don't. Quite a walk into the town centre, and the pavements get quite a bad in places around (narrow, big drops, crossings with no dropped kerbs - ass a wheelchair user, I couldn't have made it into town under my own steam).
