“Super”
Everything was very well for us,we're for the second time and come back next year,the room was clean and big ,every was there we needed,situation of the hotel is also good,not so far from trainstation and center.peronal was very kind

Easy to find, some parking in the forecourt but plenty of spaces in the main road. Situated about a 10 minute walk from the town center. Pleasant and helpful lady on the reception desk. The rooms are on the ground floor of a residential apartment block. The room that we had was quite large, and a kitchen with the usual basics and a fridge was spotlessly clean. Only two points to make, one is that the reception is not open at the weekend, if you are due to arrive after it is closed you should get an email giving instructions on how to get the keys and a code for the entrance keypad. Our email arrived three days after we left The second point is that we were surprised that there was no tourist information at all, not even a map. Even more surprising as it was the Patrimony weekend when a lot of buildings etc are opened up to the public. Other than that we were very happy with the apartment and will be looking to use to use Kozy Apartments again.

“The receptionist at the hotel was very kind and helpful”
We had problems with our car which had to be towed to the garage and the very kind receptionist helped with phone calls to the garage as we had very little French and also arranged a late check out for us. We would definitely stay again.

Arrived at weekend so no staff about. Access code was sent prior to arrival by text and email and access was straightforward with the instructions sent. Arrived at weekend so no staff about. Access code was sent prior to arrival by text and email and access was straightforward with the instructions sent. Had pre booked parking and this was detailed in our welcome letter with the appropriate keys. Had a studio room 303 which was a good size, clean and comfortable, complete with kitchenette. Good location for visiting town on foot.

We had a good stay at this comfortable and convenient hotel with studio style rooms. We had a bedroom with double bed, desk and chair, kitchen table and chairs, sink, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, hobs and basic kitchen equipment and tableware, ensuite shower/sink/toilet room. The price was good and it is really just a short walk to central Macon. Staff were friendly and helpful and also spoke English to a good standard. Wifi was free and rather slow. Parking is available if you book in advance- some spaces outside, some in a secure enclosed car park. All 5 euros per day.
