“Great staff.”
My motorcycle broke down while I was touring and while it was being repaired I was put up in this Ibis by my insurance company. My motorcycle broke down while I was touring and while it was being repaired I was put up in this Ibis by my insurance company. Having stayed in plenty of Ibis hotels before I was more than happy with this and was not disappointed. Unfortunately the repairs took longer than I expected and I ended up staying for 3 days. Fortunately the staff were fantastic, they were really friendly, helpful and very flexible. It made a big difference to quite a stressful situation, and I cannot praise them enough. They are a great credit to the Ibis name.

Really convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was great and nicely presented. The restaurant allows dogs which is great for us as we like to have our well behaved dog with us, rather than leaving him in the room or the car whilst we eat. The Accor group are wel… more
Really convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was great and nicely presented. The restaurant allows dogs which is great for us as we like to have our well behaved dog with us, rather than leaving him in the room or the car whilst we eat. The Accor group are well ahead of the curve in accepting dogs - we have stopped staying in other hotels that are dog-unfriendly- their loss! Would fully recommend this hotel.

“Average Experience”

I will be leaving this review as average (not very extraordinary). Previously i have stayed in Ibis-Budget hotels, so i have idea how economic they are and accordingly what can we expect in return. However this time i chose (non-budget) in a hope to get better than budget option. May be i had higher expectations, i am not too sure. However, there were certainly few things which were important to mention. I stayed in Room No. 10 on 26 March 2024, and found out that the shower sewerage was blocked, hence water was accumulated in the shower area. Informed hotel administration, and the staff just said she has made a note of this. Afterwards didn't see any action. So couldn't take shower before checking out. This was one of the major issue i faced. Rooms were average (almost same if i was staying at Ibis Budget). Nothing too bad, nor anything extraordinary to be fair. However breakfast options were good and i must admit that they had good variety of buffet items they were offering. They have got their own secured parking for customers, so this is a plus point. Overall i shall mark my stay as average.

Handy location (apart from protesting French lorry drivers blocking the exit roundabout when we left!) when travelling in evening from Barcelona towards Calais. Rooms and accessories (towels, loo paper, etc) a bit tired for the price. Better then Ibis Budget but plenty of other mid-price range hotels offering as good if not better value, so Ibis need to raise their game!
