“Lovely hotel”
We stayed at the Kyriad Prestige on our way to the south of France. The room was very clean, the bed really comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

“Good location for city centre”
This is an average hotel. Clean but a little dated. Good service. Expensive breakfast compared with what is on offer in the UK. Secure underground car parking. Very good location for access to city centre.

“Good location”
The Hotel is ok, sadly the lift from the garage to the rooms/ reception does not work, fair walk when carrying heavy luggage. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is, try and find a cafe close by. Our safe door was broken, we reported it, but no one came to fix it.

“Non-descript.”
I found the staff to be motivated, as they were young. The food in the restaurant prepared exciting dishes, although they used old salad. The hotel IS a LONG walk from the railway, and the railway cafe staff think it is funny to tell you to walk in the other direction. My safe was broken when I arr… more
