Shiva was a professonnal and very great waiter. He is very helpful and a great guy. Holidays inn are very lucky to have him. I recommend this hotel thanks to him. We had a really nice stay here and we'll for sure come back in the future. Cheers and thank you

“A good stay. Rooms are convenient.”
A nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is reasenable according American standards. Pancake machine was broken. Good coffee and drinks. I missed any any cheese or meat for my bread. What could be better? Less loud music. Overall: is was a good stay and I will come again

“Unprofessional/unhelpful staff at breakfast (lady)”
- Breakfast time for weekend is until 10:30 but at 10am, some foods/ fruits were not refilled probably due to only our family were the last (arrived 9:30). Although I had booked a room, breakfast and parking package for two nights, on arrival I was asked whether I had booked a space in the hotel’s parking lot. No mention of this on the website!
