On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Friendly hotel with lots of character”
All the staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The hotel has a unique design aesthetic and lots of character. The classic room is cosy with thoughtful touches. The hotel is in a very good location for getting around Paris and close to many of the main sights.

“Fabulous”
This is a fabulous hotel. We absolutely loved it. Pillows and bed were so comfortable. Amazing breakfast with the best chocolate croissants ever. Great location. We walked almost everywhere. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Scott was the absolute best!

“Wonderful stay from a mid 30’s solo travel who will be back!”
I was traveling solo through Paris and decided to stay at hotel Florida, and I’m so glad that I did. The staff were so incredibly kind. The rooms & bed are very comfortable. Great location, so many things to get to easily. It’s a 4 min walk from the metro station. The 3rd has always been my favorit… more

The 3rd has always been my favorite but this experience staying at hotel Florida had me falling in love with the 8th! I will be back! The restaurant Nepita is also very delicious!! Hotel Florida exceeded our expectations with its stunning interior design and serene atmosphere. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight, offering local, healthy, and fresh options. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary water and Madeleine biscuits upon arrival. The staff's exceptional service included holding our luggage until our room was ready and giving us a free upgrade. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we highly recommend Hotel Florida. Five stars!

“Couple of nights in a nice Hotel”
Rooms : very cosy and with a touch of retro style. Very close to the luxury corner of Paris. Bar very nice, staff very good. Very nice location to visit Paris and shop the best luxury brands. Restaurant is very good and not so expensive for this area of Paris
