“Joyfulness”
Staff went above and beyond. The lady who works in the restaurant helps me greatly. SALLY who works housekeeping and another young African lady also extended themselves to me when I needed help pulling down my sweater at the back – they offered to help. The lady at the reception desk and the two me… more
Staff went above and beyond. The lady who works in the restaurant helps me greatly. SALLY who works housekeeping and another young African lady also extended themselves to me when I needed help pulling down my sweater at the back – they offered to help. The lady at the reception desk and the two men who works the reception desk will also very helpful. They attended to my motorized scooter that was in the lobby. I had a great time and I would return to this hotel.

“Wonderful stay with Eiffel Tower view”
Wonderful hotel. We stayed in the room with an Eiffel Tower view. The little balcony is perfect for taking photos and watching the lights twinkling at night from the comfort of the room was very special. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety. Wonderful hotel. We stayed in the room with an Eiffel Tower view. The little balcony is perfect for taking photos and watching the lights twinkling at night from the comfort of the room was very special. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety. Very comfortable room, lovely bathroom and friendly, welcoming hotel staff. The sofa bed could do with being replaced but otherwise perfect. Would highly recommend.
