Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Love it!!!”
All of the critical reviews have merit but for overall experience it gets 5 stars from me. All of the critical reviews have merit but for overall experience it gets 5 stars from me. Yes, it’s a tad run-down, needs a little spruce up in the common areas and the bathroom has water damage, towel heater doesn’t work, breakfast room is tiny… But somehow it’s ok. I checked out the room before slapping down my credit card bc of some of the so-so reviews. The minute I saw the room I was happy. We got a corner room with 2 big bright windows in the room and one big window in the bathroom. Upon arrival the hotel sent up a tray of the best macarons ever AND a bottle of sparkling wine. The room is pretty big for Paris standards. I would stay here again and hope that I get a similar room and the same service.

“Lovely charming hotel with amazing staff”
We loved this hotel. Brilliant location (5 minutes walk to Notre Dame), kind and very helpful staff, a decent room with comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast with home cooked eggs and pikelets. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

“Small hotel in a great location”
Excellently located small hotel (with possibly the world’s smallest lift!). A room with a good view, if rather tight on space. Good breakfast (coffee could have been better). Friendly staff, baggage storage available. Very close to the Metro.

Location is the first plus for this hotel. Steps away from the metro; 5 mins walk to Notre Dame, and a few metro stops from the Eiffel Tower and the Musee D'Orsay. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There are snacks and coffee available in the downstairs lounge. The bed was very comfortable and there is a kettle in the room. The lift is extremely small so consider staying on a lower floor if this would be a problem for you.
