“A Haven in Paris”
Our stay here was everything we wanted. The room was a nice size for my wife and I. There was a table to eat at in the kitchen area, a bathtub in which to soak in the bathroom, an outdoor sitting area to sip wine and it was so quiet. There were none of the big city noises yet the location was close to major sightseeing areas and transportation. A Haven in Paris.

This was the perfect hotel for my week in Paris. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood but close to the metro, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The room was clean and the hardwood floors were preferable over carpet. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. It had AC which was a requirement for me. The balcony was a decent size and very private. Pierre and all the personnel were extremely kind, attentive and truly cared that I had a good stay. I will stay here again!

Having recently stayed (August 2024) seven nights at this property, I can honestly say this was my most enjoyable stay in Paris ever. The people at reception were unbelievably friendly and helpful. They could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Whilst the apartments are not absolutely "top-end", neither is the price - they are first rate and offer extremely good value. The location is ideal. Metro, Buses, Trams & Trains all within a short walk. Special thanks to Peter, Letitia and Lyn. Also, the housekeeping staff. I will be visiting Paris again in the future, and I will be staying at Residhotel Imperial Rennequin!

As an American visiting Paris for the 2024 Olympics we were concerned about finding accommodations that had the following: Fridge Ice AC Balcony Microwave Stove top Access to a nearby Metro, RER and Bus transportation Larger than normal Paris room English speaking employees. Well guess what? Residhotel Imperial Rennequin checked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations (which were high) . You are within walking distance to a large market (Monoprix) with local prices, an outstanding bakery (La Pompadour) many inexpensive cafe's and restaurants and more importantly, you can go anywhere in Paris from the Pereire Metro Station. The 10 minute walk to/from the metro takes you past the market, the bakery and many small eateries so on your way to/from your destination you can pick up food and drinks to take with your or back to your hotel. The photo's on there website are accurate. Leticia, Pedro, Lina and the housekeeping team were all outstanding. Do no hesitate to stay here TIPS Ask how to get out of the locked gate at night, it's not obvious Elevator - 0 is the ground floor with exit to the street not floor 1 We brought ice trays just in case but they did provide us with one I don't know if they have fans but we bought a small one at Monoprix for our 12 night stay as it didn't get cool enough for us AC fAmerican freaks! Bring ziplock for left overs as there are no storage containers Keep the electric shade and bathroom door closed during the day, it keeps it cooler Ask for a printout of all of the major attractions which shows which train/bus to take There is a vegetable/fruit stand oneblock away, buy produce there instead of Monoprix as it's fresher and cheaper Buy the ham & cheese croissant and chocolate croissant from La Pompadour Bring wash clothes as they do not provide them
