“This hotel has it all”
So glad I picked this hotel on my fifth visit to Paris. The location is perfect, the bed and bedding comfortable, the room tastefully decorated and clean, the bath and shower wonderful, and the staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to be accommodating and ensure our comfort.Full b… more
So glad I picked this hotel on my fifth visit to Paris. The location is perfect, the bed and bedding comfortable, the room tastefully decorated and clean, the bath and shower wonderful, and the staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to be accommodating and ensure our comfort.Full breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot foods. Restaurants, major sites, transportation just steps away. Couldn’t ask for more. I will stay here again!

Friendly, knowledgeable, English-speaking staff made our stay so comfortable. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to metro, walking distance to Notre Dame, lots of great coffee shops, pastry shops, restaurants, etc. But also not a crazy hectic neighborhood. Felt extremely safe. Just a lovely stay. Could not recommend this hotel more!!

My friend and I recently spent 8 nights at Hotel Résidence des Arts. We both very highly recommend the hotel. The location is near perfect - on a charming street just a couple of blocks from the Metro, Notre Dame, and so many shops and lovely cafes. Our Junior Suite was quiet, roomy, super clean, with comfy beds and bedding. The bathroom water pressure was great - something not common in older hotels. WiFi was strong and always available. The elevator is tiny but gets you where you are going. We choose the included breakfast which had a decent choice of fruits, yogurts, breads, hard boiled or scrambled eggs, ham cheese, bacon, cereals,coffee, tea, milk, etc. From our initial reservation through checkout, we experienced friendly, knowledgeable staff. Willy, Lavan, and Alexander were so very helpful to us; Luca, the driver who picked us up at the airport and took us back, was an expert at getting us thru dense traffic; the gentleman who greeted us us every morning in the breakfast room was so helpful and kind to two bumbling women trying to use the coffee machine; and finally, the polite and efficient young woman housekeeper who kept our room clean and provisioned each day. Forgive me for not getting the last two names - I will be sure to for my next visit this spring. The hotel really made our special trip to Paris even more special!

“Lovely hotel, excellent location”
From check in to check the hotel was lovely and attentative. We were on the 5th floor and yes the lift is tiny but this adds to the charm in our opinion. Our room was large, clean and well equipped. From check in to check the hotel was lovely and attentative. We were on the 5th floor and yes the lift is tiny but this adds to the charm in our opinion. Our room was large, clean and well equipped. The area around the hotel has many lovely bars and restaurants and the latin quarter is only a couple of minutes away. The metro is around the corner making it easy to navigate around the city but we preferred to walk to most places. Will stay again next time we are in Paris.

Friendly staff, comfy room, great location, and yummy breakfast. Our room was in the second building, the one across the street from the main lobby. Second floor. Good, clean, quiet (except for the construction on the 1st floor during the day)...but we were out and about 99% of the day and that construction should be done and over by now with this review being 4 months later. Safe street. A block away from the metro. Walking distance to most everything we wanted to check out aside from the Eiffel Tower.
