“Great location. Quaint”
We loved the location and not being in a large chain hotel. This hotel is over a century old and has a lot of charm. No restaurant but not needed in Paris. The staff was very helpful and perfect for my wife and I..

“Great location and clean rooms”
The hotel is in a great location located next to main metro stations, pyramides (5mins), tuileries(5mins) and opera all within less than 10 minutes walking. The hotel is in a great location located next to main metro stations, pyramides (5mins), tuileries(5mins) and opera all within less than 10 minutes walking. Staff are very friendly and rooms and small but clean. Also very quiet, we only stumbled into other people staying there twice and the hotel itself is very quiet so you gets a good night's sleep. Rooms are air conditioned so great in the summer. Not sure our mini fridge worked as didn't keep our bottles of water cold. We didn't have breakfast here but believe it was around 9/12€ per person depending on if it was traditional French or continental I believe, the restaurant room itself is quite small. The beds were comfy and good shower although could have done with shower head being fixed up on the wall. Definitely recommend for a well located and comfortable stay.

I stayed here with a friend for a few days. You are literally walking distance to so many things and in the heart of Paris. This is not a new hotel and lots of things could use some updating but it was ok. We asked for the beds to be separated so our room was slightly roomier than the tiny standard room but it was on the first floor next to the lobby so quite dark. This is a good option if you want more space and don't care too much about your view, ask for a room where they can separate the beds.

Overall a good hotel, but it has some flaws. Pros: - excellent location in the 1st; close to everything! - Metro Stop 1.5 blocks away - large rooms by Paris standards - responsive cleaning staff Cons: - decor is a little “tired” - combo tub/shower soaks the floor with every shower - anyone over 5’6” can’t stand in shower without ducking (room 18) - No actual closet; it’s a small cabinet - claustrophobic water closet (toilet) - WiFi was spotty at best; very inconsistent. A great choice if location is primary and you get a good rate.
