“Cosy Hotel in Paris”

We selected this hotel because we were departing in a few days on a 7 day river cruise, and this hotel was half-way between the departure point, and the Eiffel Tower/tourist area. Price was reasonable. Room was small but very clean. Staff spoke good English, and were very accommodating. One of the staff even helped us break some large denomination Euros into coins and smaller denominations. I enjoyed the feel of the neighborhood - parents pushing carriages, business people and lots of little restaurants that seemed to serve the locals, were not tourist traps. We especially liked Pizzeria Villa Dell Eva on the corner. We ate breakfast mostly at the hotel (was not included), because we were not able to find a decent breakfast place near the hotel. Coffee was good, and there was an assortment of breads, sweet rolls, cheeses, meats, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juices (including fresh squeezed orange juice), etc. They did not offer lunch or dinner. Room was quite quiet even though we faced the street. There was a family in the next room with a toddler, and I only heard them when I was in the hall. Beds were comfortable. There are little markets in the neighborhood if you wish to pick up some food, drinks or items. Close to several metro stations, and not too far from the train. Nice walk to the river. This is not a posh hotel, but perfectly fine for our needs. One negative was that there was not much storage in the room. There was a cabinet, but it did not have shelves (except one at the very top, that I could not reach), so we threw our clothes on an extra bed. There was a safe in the room, always a plus. Housekeeping was fine.

“Location good for Congress”
Perfect for conference in Congress center - walkeable easily. Very helpful staff and room was very clean indeed. I was at back downstairs so quiet. Range of places to eat nearby and close to line 12 metro to get into Paris. Would stay here again

“Nice place but small things missing”
I asked for a quiet room and got one very charming room on the last floor under the roof, with windows on the roof above the pillows and above the bathtub. I asked for a quiet room and got one very charming room on the last floor under the roof, with windows on the roof above the pillows and above the bathtub. There are no shutters, so you can see the stars. I could see the big dipper, it turned out nice because the weather was perfect and it was not too sunny in the morning. Anyway, the bed is confortable and everything was clean. The hotel is super easy to find with tramway 3A that connects to RER B. It is 5mins walk to Parc des Expositions. The staff is super nice. However small things bothered me: there are no slippers but there is carpet on the floor. I think when rooms have carpets the place has to provide slippers. Also there was no complementary water, only the payable minibar. And last but jot least - there were plastic cups near the sink... why a hotel in developed country in 2020 uses plastic cups? Not cool so i hope they will change that

Great hotel, in a quiet area, near restaurants and supermarkets, and quick access to the main tourist attractions. The rooms and toilets were small, yet comfortable and cleaned daily, with all the essential ammenities. The bed and pillows were excellent. It was great to return to our room and enjoy the air condition as well as a free coffee or tea. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I strongly advise this hotel.
