A bit late on this review as we traveled in 2024, but this hotel is still on my mind and worthy of a glowing review! From the beginning, everything was perfect. The hospitality, design, location and rooms were exceptional (and it was immaculately clean). We arrived at 9:00 a.m. after an overnight international flight, and were warmly greeted from the staff. Though our room wasn't supposed to be ready until much later that afternoon, we were notified that our room was ready just moments after our arrival. Not only was our room ready, but we were upgraded to a lovely corner suite with a balcony. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel! I'd recommend it to all.

“Top notch staff and property”

This Small Luxury Hotel was phenomenal! We were treated like we were the most important guests at every interaction. When we left early on New Year's Eve, even though breakfast was not open, it was insisted that we have some breakfast from what was ready. I would recommend and go back, if ever in P… more

This Small Luxury Hotel was phenomenal! We were treated like we were the most important guests at every interaction. When we left early on New Year's Eve, even though breakfast was not open, it was insisted that we have some breakfast from what was ready. I would recommend and go back, if ever in Paris!! The property is located one block from the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triumph.

It was my first time in Paris and I’m so happy I chose Hotel Norman! Location is super central, just 5 minutes by walk from Arc du Triumph, everyday I was enjoying strolling around Champ Elysees. Breakfast was delicious: omelette with cheese and mushrooms, fruits including passion fruit, croissants and pain au chocolates, yogurts🤌🏻 Room was always clean and I appreciate that they were preparing room for the night every day closing curtains and doing the bed. And my love is the balcony with the view of Eiffel Tower. All personnel was super friendly from the moment of arrival to the check out. Highly recommend if you search high class hotel in Paris

“Great hotel, even greater staff!!!”

The amenities are great, but the welcoming hospitality of ALL of the staff was world-class! The room was spacious, very clean, and the breakfast was excellent! The location is very convenient to the heart of Paris. It was a pleasure to stay there!
