The NH is a welcomed chain in Paris. For years they were not present and last year they got 3 hotels. This one was a Best Western and it started its renovation so it is not yet an NH. What it is though is the nice service from the front desk trying to make the guest at home although the hotel still needs to become an NH. So very well done. We appreciate it so much. We stayed twice this year and hope to be back to the opening of the renewed hotel after the summer 2025. The area is the best. We love the amount of restaurants with all the international flavors and being a stone away from the rest of Paris. Love it. Thanks. See you next time.

“A Great Stay near Opera”

A great little hotel a ten minute (or so) walk from Opera and about 15 minutes to Place Vendome. Service was friendly, professional, and efficient. The public spaces (especially the elevator) could use a refresh. The room was of a good size and comfortable.

Overall, this was a solid place to stay. I’d consider booking again the next time I am in Paris Positive -great location, lots nearby & easy to walk everywhere. I was also happy to have a Carrefour right around the block -comfortable bed, soft pillows -adorable little balcony with table & 2 chairs -pretty quiet, easy to sleep - the light-blocking curtains are really good. I accidentally slept until 10am my first night and it stayed dark the whole time -decent shower water pressure, had shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body lotion -hairdryer was powerful & worked well -friendly front desk staff -1 elevator, but it was pretty quick to come. I walked down the stairs most of the time (from 5th floor). Stairs were a little uneven, but everything lit up as you walk down. It felt clean & safe Negative -the room is so dark. The ceiling light is a big black box with only a small circle of light and the wall lamps were solid black hats with just a tiny little light at the bottom (this is my pet peeve in a lot of hotels). It was a bit better in the daytime since the balcony doors are glass. The bathroom does have nice lighting. - breakfast wasn’t included in my stay although the reviews made it seem included for all guests. When I checked in, I was told where the breakfast was but not that it wasn’t included in my room rate. The price is 24.90 per day. I ended up doing it twice for convenience. Food was good but I definitely don’t eat enough to justify the price. I booked through TripAdvisor & there was no option for a room rate that included the breakfast
