“Superb staff, excellent location”
Husband and I had a great 3-night stay here. The hotel is being renovated (one half at a time). Our first night was in a room in the old side, and the room was definitely small and rundown. Husband and I had a great 3-night stay here. The hotel is being renovated (one half at a time). Our first night was in a room in the old side, and the room was definitely small and rundown. However, the rest of our stay was on the refurbished side and everything was beautifully done and much more spacious! The staff were so welcoming and friendly (Sudip always greeted us with a smile). I'm 6 months pregnant and genuinely felt there was a real effort to ensure I was comfortable throughout the stay, so thank you. GREAT location - a quiet street just off the Champs Elysees. Really easy to get places or simply amble out to find restaurants and cafes. Breakfast had a great selection - and was really delicious. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

We had a really great experience with this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a room in the newly renevated side of the hotel and it was very comfortable and of good quality. The breakfast had a large variety of options and all of good quality. Added to all this the hotel is just off the Champs-Elysee in a great location. We would definitely stay here again

“Great Hotel!”
Great location, chic room with nice view from our balcony nice breakfast and great hospitality staff especially Guest Relation Officer who welcome us upon check in. Minutes walk from Champ elysee and restaurants. Easy access via Metro Roosevelt.

“4 friends in Paris”
We visited Paris for 2 and a half days. Two of our friends had never been to Paris. The hotel was great. The rooms were larger than usual (in Paris somevhotel rooms can be claustrophobic). We visited Paris for 2 and a half days. Two of our friends had never been to Paris. The hotel was great. The rooms were larger than usual (in Paris somevhotel rooms can be claustrophobic). Our room was elegant and quiet. The bed was very comfy! Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very kind and efficient. The location is great: a few steps away from a Metro station, a few steps away from the shopping street of Champs Élisée. We were very satisfied with our stay.

“Nice location , poor amenities like bathroom towels and peignoir. No cotton nor cotton swabs offered at all”
Location is practical and central. However , disappointed with bathroom; towels are stained black and they’re torn so is the bathrobe plus no cotton nor cotton swabs offered
