Absolutely Perfect Stay in Paris! We had the most incredible stay at Maison Astor Paris for three nights and four days over Valentines Day Weekend, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts about this hotel is its prime location—conveniently close to all the top attractions, fantastic restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Whether we were sightseeing, dining out, or simply exploring, everything was just a short walk or metro ride away. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. It’s the perfect place to stay for an unforgettable trip! We can’t wait to return. I'd also like to highlight some specific staff members (Charles, Lindsey and Stefan). Every interaction with these three was filled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. This trio made sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with thoughtful touches that made our romantic getaway extra memorable. Thank you Johanie & Alex

Hilton Curio implies to me you will find a quirk from a regular bog standard Hilton and we did. It is a relatively small cozy hotel. It reminded me of a National Trust property, the mansion of millionaire transformed into an hotel and it was. We had a complimentary welcome drink on arrival whilst we were checking in. Manon checked us in and she was polite, professional and lovely. Complimentary drinks, macaroons and a welcome card waiting in our room. Again complimentary drinks and a card on our last night in Paris. We were acknowledged by all staff on entering and leaving the hotel. The staff and the service were superb. George, I believe his name was, a tall man on the concierge desk was extremely helpful. He kindly pointed out that we would have to leave earlier than anticipated to the airport due to a road block. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. Items were continuously replenished and a good selection was on offer. Never once had to ask for anything as it was always there. You could ask for omelettes etc. The location was central and we were able to walk everywhere. There was a metro station and a train station close by. It was in a quiet location down a side road and no disturbance. There was some wear and tear as already noted by another reviewer but this did not detract from our stay. It was clean and that is the overriding issue for me. Sustainability was good as we were able to replenish our water bottles from the water fountain on each floor. The IT system on our departure was down and we could not verify our bill. On arrival home we received a bill and noticed that we had been overcharged in error, we emailed the hotel and the amount was credited to our account. A pending amount of £125 sat on my card a week after we left and I had to emailed again and it was cancelled. This was a tad annoying as the same thing happened at the Hilton in Berlin. So this is clearly an issue with Hilton as a chain and not the hotel. We plan to return to the hotel, it was a perfect stay. Thank you to all the staff.

But like other reviewers, what really stood out was the impeccable service at Maison Astor. Aziz at the front desk made sure our complicated itineraries were smoothed out, we were able to check in a little early after our long flights from the US and made sure our rooms were great. The concierges went out of their way to help us with our luggage, restaurant recommendations and directions (thanks, Laurent and George). The staff at Maison Astor went way above and beyond, and we are so appreciative.

I seriously cannot say enough nice things about this place. First of all, the staff was absolutely wonderful. I conversed via email with the concierges months before we even came, and every single one of them was so helpful. I was able to plan most of our activities with help from the concierges. The front desk staff was great, and the gentleman that often worked the front door (Charles-Henri, I believe was his name) was our family's favorite staff member - he always greeted us with a smile and took care of us at every turn. Since we are Hilton gold members we had the buffet breakfast every morning. It was absolutely delicious. I cannot think of a single thing I would have wanted that was not available at the breakfast. The location of the hotel is fabulous - it's right pretty much in the middle of a neighborhood, so it is quiet at night, but is within walking distance of many parts of the city, including the Faubourg shops (ladies, you know exactly what I am talking about). The rooms themselves were very comfortable (the pillows are to die for). We had room 606 and it had a nice balcony (though unfortunately, it was usually too wet to sit out there). For my first trip to Paris, I am so thankful we decided to stay here. Two different times, we came back to our room to find champagne waiting for us. Another time we had macarons and yet another time a box of truffles. I will literally dream about this place until I am able to go back someday.
