“Great place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff”
Centrally located, very nice and helpful staff. Ask them for restaurant recommendations- better than Tripadvisor 😉. Opposite Arc de Triomphe, in walking distance of Louis Vuitton museum. Rooms are nice and quiet to get a good night’s sleep after a busy day.

“Amazing hotel”
Chaima a member of staff made us feel very welcome and great customer service I will definitely be coming back here this place is amazing and very clean I will recommend to many people the location is also amazing and food is great and whole place is very home feeling and great energy.

Great staff great service will definitely visit again chaima was fantastic and was very helpfull quick check in and free upgrade what a place great views fantastic food close to arch de triumph and all shops decor was beautiful all staff was friendly

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff very helpful, we went for the delux double room which unfortunately faced out onto a construction site which was quite loud during the day, the Japanese toilet in the room didn’t work and there was quite a lot of damage to the room (chipped tables and plaster coming off the walls) which I wouldn’t expect in a 5* hotel the cleaners are also very eager walking into the room around 9:30 one morning - if we were to stay again we would most likely go for one of the more expensive rooms as this was one of the only let downs on the holiday.
