The location was great and overall, the hotel had good service, depending on who was working . We did not try the breakfast at the hotel , so cannot speak to that. While the location is very close to the metro, as well as restaurants, their rooms are not functional at all. If you’re staying in the room with another person, it is not functional. My friend and I stayed in the room and we were told we were upgraded to a better room because we would not have been comfortable in the original room booked . I cannot imagine how much worse that could’ve been. The shower did not work very well as it created a huge mess every time you turned it on . The spout was too big for such a small space and spilled water outside on the bathroom floor. The rooms do not have any mirrors, which makes it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time. The space is very limited and while that may be the normal, the rooms were simply not designed to be functional. The walls are very thin. However, the hotel was very clean and you can tell that they took care of it. If you are traveling alone, this is a great option. If you are traveling here and decide to stay at this hotel, Villa Marquis is next-door and is amazing.

This hotel was pretty and very well located near metro lines that allowed us to get to all our activities and sightseeing monuments within less than 30 minutes. This hotel was pretty and very well located near metro lines that allowed us to get to all our activities and sightseeing monuments within less than 30 minutes. The hallways, staircase and elevator were very narrow. The bed was very comfortable, but the room we had was tiny and the walls were paper thin. Unfortunately, our neighbours were extremely disrespectful slamming doors at all hours of the nights and talking loud in the hallways/their rooms and we were kept awake. The staff was helpful and friendly when we asked for anything, but did not volunteer any information. It was an overall just ok experience and we would not pick this hotel again.
