I stayed here with family for 3 nights. It's a fantastic boutique hotel, with highly attentive staff and gorgeous, stylish common areas and rooms. My sister, who booked our reservation, put in the notes that we were traveling to celebrate our kids' high school graduations; when we checked in, we found a handwritten note and a box of chocolates to congratulate them. There are plenty of lovely cafes and bistros in the neighborhood, it's close to transit, and major sites like the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, and Eiffel Tower are nearby. We are not designer shoppers, but this hotel is perfect for travelers who are, as it's only about a block from the Champs Elysees and all the high-end flagship stores (Chanel, Dior, etc.). This would definitely be my first choice if I were to go back to Paris.

“Wow”

Booked this hotel as an wedding anniversary weekend away. Stunning hotel, with staff that make you feel like royalty, in a fantastic location and beautiful decor. Merci.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are beautiful and clean. What was really disappointing was a poor experience with the front-desk. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk told us that breakfast was included. We didn't remember booking it that way, so we asked her again, and she said it was. We had two vegans in our group of 4 and we weren't even going to eat at the hotel since there wasn't much for vegans on the menu, but we figured we might as well if it was included. Imagine our surprise after breakfast the next morning when they handed us a bill for about 130 Euros. We asked the front-desk manager Olivia about it (apparently, she had the final word) and she told my wife that (a) our rooms didn't include breakfast, (b) there was no proof that the front desk had told us it did, and (c) it wouldn't matter anyway because we should have known it wasn't included. Generally speaking, telling your customers you think they are lying is not good business. Why tried to explain that there was no point in paying for vegans to eat there, and we would have gone somewhere else if we had known. In the end, our (vegan) son paid about 35 Euros for a latte and 4 pieces of bread. At most places at the price point (I've stayed at enough), this is easily solved with a smile, apology for the misunderstanding, and a token discount, free cocktail, or some such gesture. In this case, the hotel management chose to dig in and make it needlessly unpleasant. So now, this experience is our main memory of staying at this hotel. There are many great hotel options in this area. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this one.
