“Friendly staff, great location ”
Great location less than 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord & very close to Cadet Metro. Great location less than 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord & very close to Cadet Metro. Hotel is an older building with character, not a soulless chain hotel.The narrow staircase, small lift & dated layout add to its charm. The bedroom & bathroom were comfortable & clean. The Reception, Night staff & cleaners were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was included in the price & was a typical self service continental meal. I stayed during the Olympics when hotel prices in Paris were at a premium so felt it was good value for money.

“Good location but too hot to sleep well”
There was no air conditioning in the room and a smelly drain in the bathroom. Bed was very small. The lift comes out mid floor so you need to lug cases either up or down stairs. Good location for Gare du nord and Opera/ galleries Lafayette and airport bus. Nice big windows overlooking gpark square … more
