We stayed as a couple for the weekend very welcoming and cozy hotel. quiet and calm. clean and tidy . very good location. we were satisfied with everything there …Also we was happy with a breakfast choice. the staff was welcoming and friendly . Thank you!highly recommend!

“Nice Hotel but disappointing personnel”

I was on a business trip in May and stayed in the hotel , which was booked by the company, as it`s close to the office. I was on a business trip in May and stayed in the hotel , which was booked by the company, as it`s close to the office. Although the stay was already paid for, I was asked for a 300 EUR deposit, which were blocked on my card. I stayed in Room 111, which is very well decorated and with a nice lay out, but noisy since it faces the street. However, I arrived late and tired, so didn’t bother to have it changed with another one. On a positive note, the email I send prior to arrival, to request a double bed and memory foam pillow was taken in consideration. On the first night, I asked reception to send an iron and ironing board to my room. Although they sent one straight away while I was having dinner, it took the housekeeping 2 days to take it out (and a couple of reminders on reception) despite the fact, that housekeeping were tidying up the room during these 2 days. After checking-out, the deposit was unblocked on the same evening, but I had a strange charge of 18 EUR on my card. I called the hotel on the next day, and I was told this is for a minibar consumption (and trust me, I didn’t touch anything) and that I could get a refund, just had to email them and explain the situation. 2 email reminders later, I got a rejection on the claim, so naturally I asked for an invoice showing what exactly was consumed. Turns out, it was not one, but all 3 of the little jars on the desk (which were filled with some kind of candy), which at first I thought was a gift, but then saw a note saying that each costs 6 EUR. Shame I didn’t get to try them, since I paid for them, but hopefully the person who picked them up, was hungry. Or maybe the hotel management can use these 18 EUR, for skills improvement on the staff. I am quite certain my company will never use this hotel again.
