“Paris Feb”
Lovely hotel in a great safe location. Lots of places to eat out near the hotel. Easy reach to all the tourist sites. Luxembourg gardens 10 mins walk.. Rooms were really nice. Very clean. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice to talk to. The family room is enormous.

I cannot say enough good things about Serotel Lutece! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience possible. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious, with lots of storage, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view of the street. Breakfast was amazing and had lots of options...definitely worth adding on. All in all, this is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I'll be staying here again every time I come to Paris!

The room we booked had an issue, so we were given an upgraded room at no charge. All staff was very gracious and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with a large variety. The location was ideal; close enough to mass transit for easy access to sight-seeing but far enough away from hustle and bustle. There were many small winding streets which contained lovely little neighborhood shops, cafes and restaurants.

Such a charming hotel! Some rooms are larger and more updated than others (my extended family reserved 7 rooms), but everything was clean and the hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. One morning we left too early to eat breakfast the nice front desk lady ran to kitchen and grabbed us a basket of croissants! We were so grateful. The hotel is far away from the main tourist attractions (a 20 minute Uber ride away), but I actually really enjoyed the location and some nights we even walked one hour back to the hotel and it was wonderful exploring more of the beautiful city of Paris.
